TFSource VIP Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to the terms and conditions (" Terms ") for TFSource VIP. These Terms are between you and Toy Source LLC and/or its affiliates (" TFSource.com " or " Us ") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the tfsource website and TFSource VIP membership are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the TFSource.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a TFSource VIP membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

Membership Cancellation

If you signed-up for your TFSource VIP membership directly through us, you may cancel your TFSource VIP membership any time by visiting Your Account and unenrolling.   Your membership is paid for one year, and your enrollment fee is non-refundable.  Once you unenroll your membership will not be paid upon the anniversary of your enrollment into the TFSource VIP program.  The benefits of your TFSource VIP program will continue throughout the one-year window since the start of your enrollment and will expire at the end of this one year if you unenroll from the program during this same window. 

FREE Standard Shipping & FREE Get it Fast Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping is only available orders shipped within the contiguous US, and does not apply to orders shipped outside of the contiguous US or to APO/FPO Military addresses.    FREE Standard Shipping also does not apply to orders with shipping addresses to countries outside of the US.   FREE Standard shipping is only available on eligible qualifying orders, at or above the FREE Shipping amount of $150 or more.   Orders that do not qualify are subject to standard shipping rates.   FREE Standard Shipping only applies based on the value of the items in the shopping cart.  Vintage items, or sales tax are not included in the FREE Standard Shipping program and require separate charges.  

FREE Get it Fast Shipping is only available orders shipped within the contiguous US, and does not apply to orders shipped outside of the contiguous US or to APO/FPO Military addresses.    FREE Get it Fast Shipping also does not apply to orders with shipping addresses to countries outside of the US FREE Get it Fast Shipping  is only available on eligible qualifying orders, at or above the FREE Get it Fast Shipping amount of $250 or more.   Orders that do not qualify are subject to standard shipping rates.   FREE Get it Fast Shipping only applies based on the value of the items in the shopping cart.  Vintage items, or sales tax are not included in the FREE Get it Fast Shipping program and require separate charges.

Source Points Don’t Expire

While enrolled as part of the TFSource VIP program your Source Points will not expire.   TFSource reserves the right to modify or cancel this benefit of the program at any time.   Upon unenrolling from the TFSource VIP program your Source Points will not expire for 6 months.   After 6 months any unused Source Points or Source Points converted to Store Credit will expire. 

Other Limitations

·          We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion

·          Customers whose accounts are locked out due to non-payment or fraud are not eligible for a refund for enrolling in the program

·          We may send you emails regarding the program

·          Some programs may require a certain purchase threshold to be eligible

·          We reserve the right to add or remove benefits at any time

Fees & Renewals

The membership fee is stated on the TFSource VIP page and in the TFSource VIP My account page.  From time to time we may offer different membership terms, and the annual enrollment fee may vary.   The TFSource VIP enrollment fee is non-refundable. Taxes may apply on the membership fee. 

If your enrollment or re-enrollment payment method is declined you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. 

Unless you unenroll via the TFSource.com website or notify us in writing prior to renewal that you want to cancel you understand your TFSource VIP membership will automatically renew each year from the date of your enrollment.  You authorize us to collect the membership fees and any applicable taxes using whatever payment method you have on file with TOY SOURCE LLC.

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change these Terms, TFSource.com’s Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of your TFSource VIP membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
