Awesome figure but....

The figure is absolutely awesome, but at the same time there's some massive issues with this release. This figure doesn't come with instructions (just a pamphlet with a QR code that takes you to a promotional video) and my copy came without an actual face.
It comes with two heads, the Optimus and the Monkey King head (the latter the one missing his chin, facemask and eyes) that can be attached.
I did try reaching out to TFSource with no response to try and remedy this.

The figure is absolutely gorgeous though, painting is amazing, size is insane, transformation is good once you get the jist of it, and he's a pretty hefty boy. I'll just be much happier if mine came with an actual face for the pricetag.
