First off the packaging was phenomenal, I ordered a Chaos/Paladin and Hypernovae and they were both pretty much pristine upon arrival. Hypernovae even came in the original cardboard shipping box sent by maketoys. Additionally, my Chaos/Paladin came missing a piece in the elbow joint that they replaced with zero hassle.
