Cliffjumper is part of the Transformers Generations GDO series of Transformers figures.   GDO Cliffjumper is Deluxe Class scaled, stands 5.5-inches tall in robot mode and taransforms from Sports Car to robot and back. 

Transformes GDO is a line of Asia exclusive releases each a Generations or Transformers movie series toy that has been recolored into another G1 or movie series Transformers figure.  Extremely limited in their distribution these figures were eventually sold in limited quantities in Toys R' Us in the United States.
