Power of the Prime PP-09 Optimus Prime is the Japanese Leader Class version of the US Power of the Primes release of Optimus Prime.

When Orion Pax becomes the bearer of the Matrix of Leadership, he evolves to Optimus Prime. This Power of the Primes Leader Class Evolution Optimus Prime figure lets fans imagine creating that same legendary evolution. Use the included converting Evolution Armor to evolve from a 5.5-inch scale Deluxe Class Orion Pax figure to a 9-inch scale Leader Class Optimus Prime figure. It even includes a Matrix of Leadership accessory that fits inside the figure's chest. The Matrix of Leadership accessory also holds Prime Master figures (not included, each sold separately). Swap out the Matrix's core and swap in a Prime Master figure to imagine giving Optimus Prime the incredible godlike powers of a Prime. The Optimus Prime figure converts to tractor-trailer mode in 33 steps. The Orion Pax figure converts from vehicle to robot mode in 15 steps. See if you can master the detailed conversion of a Leader Class figure.

Power of the Primes Leader Class figures work with Prime Master figures (not included, each sold separately, subject to availability). Prime Master figures can fit inside the included Matrix of Leadership accessory, then be placed inside the figure's chest. Collect more Prime Master characters and imagine Optimus Prime receiving not only the authority granted by the Matrix of Leadership, but also the godlike abilities contained within the Prime Masters. Learn how Optimus Prime would use these amazing powers with the included collectible character card. Prime Master figures are each sold separately, subject to availability.

Orion Pax might be just a data clerk on Cybertron, but contained within him is the potential to become a legend. When the Matrix of Leadership chooses Orion Pax as its bearer, he becomes the leader of the Autobots, protector of Cybertron, and the ultimate guardian of freedom and justice in the universe.

The Autobots and Decepticons use Prime Masters to wield the incredible powers of the most legendary bots in the universe: the Primes. Prime Masters carry the spark of a Prime, allowing them to share a Prime's godlike ability with other bots. Anything is possible and everything is at stake when the Power of the Primes is unleashed.
