Cancellation Policy
TFS does not allow any cancellations on In-Stock Orders. In order to meet our same-day shipping guarantee, orders are processed promptly once placed and cannot be stopped from shipping out. See cancellation policy for additional information.
Stack Manager offers the ultimate flexibility in managing preorders. We recommend customers set up Stack in their TFS account and manage any cancellations/changes on their own.
If additional assistance is needed our Customer Care team can assist with a one-time modification of a Prepaid Preorder for a customer if the order is still in preorder status. Please note that this can be quite laborious and take a substantial amount of time, depending on the request and amount of items added/removed.
Address Change
Your Shipping & Billing address can be changed in your TFS Profile. Please note that changing your address does not modify the shipping address of any previously submitted orders. Please to the Customer Care team to update any unshipped orders submitted prior to address change.
You can track the status of your order using by logging into your TFS account and clicking on the My Source tab, then click Your Orders. From here, you can use the Track Package button for the latest status updates on your order.
How do I report a missing or damged item?
All order concerns must be investigated by our team, if you notice any issues with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible with photos, if available.
Instock merchandise are items that are ready and available to ship from our warehouse.
A Preorder items that we are taking advanced orders for a product. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse. For more information please see the
For In-Stock Orders

For Prepaid Preorders
By request, we can modify one Prepaid Preorder for a customer if the order is still in preorder status. Please note that this can be quite laborious and take a substantial amount of time, depending on the request and amount of items added/removed. If there is a second request, we’ll require the customer to set up The Stack Manager and manage any cancellations/changes on their own, as Order Stacking Stack Manager offers the ultimate flexibility in managing preorders.
For Preorders added to the Stack Manager
Customers can cancel any preorder merchandise at any time while in preorder status. TFS encourages all customers to use Order Stack Manager to manage preorders effectively and cancel items as customers choose.
For In-stock items added to the Stack Manager – In-stock items are considered a commitment to purchase and cannot be cancelled by the customer after added.
Be aware of product delays, as manufacturer's delays are very common. If you are waiting for one item in your stack to come instock to ship everything out, keep this in mind!
Check product release dates frequently, as they often change. If you can't wait any longer, opt for separate shipping and have everything you want to ship now on a separate order. The TFS Shipping Manager makes it easy!
