The team adheres to a training regimen of "one specialty but multiple abilities, one person but equipped for any scenario," developing them into versatile military assets. This is crucial as battlefield casualties can lead to strained personnel allocation that can create strategic gaps in combat. Therefore, members of the Maelstrom Explorers are trained to handle multiple roles, ensuring the minimal deployment of extraneous personnel, the most efficient preparation time, and the quickest response.
