My first and only order from the source was the TF DOTM human alliance road buster and bumblebee, it was well wrapped. There was layer apon layer if bubble wrap, almost worth ordering just for the wrap! And there was a nice heavy, thick and solid box. When my brother threw the empty box it hurt like a rock. Even though I was outside the return period, and even though I had no way of telling if the figure came in that condition, TFSource sent me a replacement part free of charge.
