Ordered a set of Hercules figures. Two weeks after getting them, noticed a broken hinge on MadBlender's back. Even though I was outside the return period, and even though I had no way of telling if the figure came in that condition, TFSource sent me a replacement part free of charge. I wasn't even charged for shipping. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, even when it was clear that they had no obligation to repair or replace the broken piece.
