Ordered a set of Hercules figures. Two weeks after getting them, noticed a broken hinge on MadBlender's back. Even though I was outside the return period, and even though I had no way of telling if the figure came in that condition, TFSource sent me a replacement part free of charge. I wasn't even charged for shipping. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, even when it was clear that they had no obligation to repair or replace the broken piece. I had to get a replacement figure due to a defect, after emailing TFSource they responded quickly and professionally, a few days later i recieved the mailing lable and shipped the figure back, after about a week and half the new figure was at my house safe and sound, thanks for the great customer service Rob and the rest of the TFSource team!
