I have ordered a lot from TFSource, and I almost never have a problem with an order. However, as with anything where humans are involved, rare problems can happen. When I call Customer Care and talk to Jeremy, everything gets sorted for me. He is extremely personable and helpful. He is fast, but he never makes you feel rushed. It always feels like talking to an old friend. This is one of the reasons I recommend TFSource to my friends. There are many online retailers out there, but when something needs fixing, you want a retailer that will make it right. I have full confidence that TFSource will make it right.
