I ordered my iGear Mini Warriors, but when they arrived one of them had been mispacked (factory error). I emailed TFSource for help, and they were GREAT!! They promptly sent me a replacement figure and even refunded my shipping cost! Now I have my iGear Cogz and I couldn't be happier!While others claim to be "big" and "bad", the folks at TFSource are truly the BEST! Why buy from anyone else? You guys ROCK!!

They say good service is hard to find these days. That has not been my experience here at TFsource. A note worth mention is the care in packaging, just about bullet proof! Nicely wrapped, surrounded by cardboard and bubble wrap. Then more padding. All of my shipments have arrived in mint condition, and very often before the estimated arrival date. The only one involved who is not smiling is my wonderful wife showing me the credit card bill! Ha Ha! Great job TFsource!

I just wanted to write up a little post about a gentleman at TFSource that has been extremely helpful in getting some of my orders squared away and corrected. His name is Jeremy and I believe he is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was very patient and enthusiastic when it came to helping me out when 2 of my orders had issues with delivery and payment options. He was very understanding and went above and beyond and even followed up with me to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of to receive my items. I work in customer service myself and I know what a daunting and aggravating task it can be to work with some customers (myself included).
