I first ran into TFSource through their Amazon Store. I purchased a Takara Tomy Devastator. One of the pieces was damaged, and they were able to get me a replacement (as dealing directly with the manufacturer had gotten me nowhere). The part came in, and I am extremely satisfied. I have now purchased a half dozen masterpiece scale toys from them and plan on buying many more. Great service, excellent company.

I had to get a replacement figure due to a defect, after emailing TFSource they responded quickly and professionally, a few days later i recieved the mailing lable and shipped the figure back, after about a week and half the new figure was at my house safe and sound, thanks for the great customer service Rob and the rest of the TFSource team!
