I just wanted to write up a little post about a gentleman at TFSource that has been extremely helpful in getting some of my orders squared away and corrected. His name is Jeremy and I believe he is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was very patient and enthusiastic when it came to helping me out when 2 of my orders had issues with delivery and payment options. He was very understanding and went above and beyond and even followed up with me to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of to receive my items. I work in customer service myself and I know what a daunting and aggravating task it can be to work with some customers (myself included). I broke the wing off my Star Toy Commander (Blitzwing) shortly after purchasing. Thinking I couldnâ€™t return it I sat on it until well past the purchase date. On a lark I pinged Customer Support to see if I could get a replacement. Rob responded quickly and let me know that there is a â€œDonor Departmentâ€. Since it was months after purchase there was a small fee but I got a replacement wing in the mail shortly after. Star Toy Commander is now restored to his full glory. TFSource is awesome!
