I ordered my iGear Mini Warriors, but when they arrived one of them had been mispacked (factory error). I emailed TFSource for help, and they were GREAT!! They promptly sent me a replacement figure and even refunded my shipping cost! I had a recent order of a Metroplex arrive quite damaged. This didn't appear to be anything that was TFSource's fault with how it was packaged for shipping, as the toy's box was fine. Still, a big disappointment. TFSource took that disappointment and turned it into a huge win! I had to return my Metroplex to them, but they reimbursed the return shipping costs, assessed the damage, found a solution, and shipped me out a satisfactory complete unit. And during the process, communication was fairly constant and open about what was happening. Thank you, TFSource! Great to know that I can order, secure in the knowledge that if anything arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you'll see it made right!
