Ordered a set of Hercules figures. Two weeks after getting them, noticed a broken hinge on MadBlender's back. Even though I was outside the return period, and even though I had no way of telling if the figure came in that condition, TFSource sent me a replacement part free of charge. I wasn't even charged for shipping. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, even when it was clear that they had no obligation to repair or replace the broken piece. I broke the wing off my Star Toy Commander (Blitzwing) shortly after purchasing. Thinking I couldn’t return it I sat on it until well past the purchase date. On a lark I pinged Customer Support to see if I could get a replacement. Rob responded quickly and let me know that there is a “Donor Department”. Since it was months after purchase there was a small fee but I got a replacement wing in the mail shortly after. Star Toy Commander is now restored to his full glory. TFSource is awesome!
