His name is Jeremy and I believe he is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was very patient and enthusiastic when it came to helping me out when 2 of my orders had issues with delivery and payment options. Great customer service! I called to ask a question and for some reason, "Nina" and I got disconnected twice in the middle of explaining my situation. It was probably my poor cell phone connection.
