I bought the five constituent figures of Unique Toys 'Ordin', their take on the g1 combiner Abominus, in 3 shipments, the left leg and right arm in one, the right leg in the second, and left arm and torso in the third. The shipping was prompt and well packaged, no damage suffered in transit to the packaging or product. The figures themselves are great, and have added an awesome bot to my collection! I broke the wing off my Star Toy Commander (Blitzwing) shortly after purchasing. Thinking I couldnâ€™t return it I sat on it until well past the purchase date. On a lark I pinged Customer Support to see if I could get a replacement. Rob responded quickly and let me know that there is a â€œDonor Departmentâ€. Since it was months after purchase there was a small fee but I got a replacement wing in the mail shortly after. Star Toy Commander is now restored to his full glory. TFSource is awesome!

I had a recent order of a Metroplex arrive quite damaged. This didn't appear to be anything that was TFSource's fault with how it was packaged for shipping, as the toy's box was fine. Still, a big disappointment. TFSource took that disappointment and turned it into a huge win! I had to return my Metroplex to them, but they reimbursed the return shipping costs, assessed the damage, found a solution, and shipped me out a satisfactory complete unit. And during the process, communication was fairly constant and open about what was happening. Thank you, TFSource! Great to know that I can order, secure in the knowledge that if anything arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you'll see it made right!
