I pre-ordered some figures prior to moving to a new address, so when they came in stock, they were shipped to the old address. When I found out my mistake, I contacted TFSource, and they replied the same day to help me work it out. Now the package has arrived safe and sound and unharmed, with fast shipping to boot.

Ordered a set of Hercules figures. Two weeks after getting them, noticed a broken hinge on MadBlender's back. Even though I was outside the return period, and even though I had no way of telling if the figure came in that condition, TFSource sent me a replacement part free of charge. I wasn't even charged for shipping. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, even when it was clear that they had no obligation to repair or replace the broken piece. I will definitely continue ordering here! Especially for 3rd Party products.
