One of the pieces was damaged, and they were able to get me a replacement (as dealing directly with the manufacturer had gotten me nowhere). The part came in, and I am extremely satisfied. I broke the wing off my Star Toy Commander (Blitzwing) shortly after purchasing. Thinking I couldn’t return it I sat on it until well past the purchase date. On a lark I pinged Customer Support to see if I could get a replacement. Rob responded quickly and let me know that there is a “Donor Department”. Since it was months after purchase there was a small fee but I got a replacement wing in the mail shortly after. Star Toy Commander is now restored to his full glory. TFSource is awesome!
