My first and only order from the source was the TF DOTM human alliance road buster and bumblebee, it was well wrapped. There was layer apon layer if bubble wrap, almost worth ordering just for the wrap! And there was a nice heavy, thick and solid box. When my brother threw the empty box it hurt like a rock. First off the packaging was phenomenal, I ordered a Chaos/Paladin and Hypernovae and they were both pretty much pristine upon arrival. Hypernovae even came in the original cardboard shipping box sent by maketoys. Additionally, my Chaos/Paladin came missing a piece in the elbow joint that they replaced with zero hassle. As a first time customer I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and service. If I can find what I'm looking for here, I will always order from TFSource first.

I first ran into TFSource through their Amazon Store. I purchased a Takara Tomy Devastator. One of the pieces was damaged, and they were able to get me a replacement (as dealing directly with the manufacturer had gotten me nowhere). The part came in, and I am extremely satisfied.
