Just want to say that I LOVE TFSource! Had an issue with a product I ordered and it was resolved in less than a week, meaning I received and shipped the defective item back and received the new item in 7 days. Communication and update on item were very prompt. Aside from that, I love their free shipping service as well as their selection of figures and the different payment options. I use to order through other web stores along with TFS but they made some changes. TFS is pretty simple with their orders of in stock AND pre order items which is my major selling point for me and I HIGHLY recommend them for any collector or gift shopper. As long as TFS doesn't go through major changes that will impact customers too much, I'll be a lifetime customer.

I broke the wing off my Star Toy Commander (Blitzwing) shortly after purchasing. Thinking I couldn’t return it I sat on it until well past the purchase date. On a lark I pinged Customer Support to see if I could get a replacement. Rob responded quickly and let me know that there is a “Donor Department”. Since it was months after purchase there was a small fee but I got a replacement wing in the mail shortly after. Star Toy Commander is now restored to his full glory. TFSource is awesome!
