I Love TFSource! Its the first place I go to online to find out the latest figures for pre-order and for sale! What I would love for them to do, is have an option to see the figures by Scale. I know its a little thing but its important to a lot of collectors. Otherwise keep doing what you're doing!

I had a recent order of a Metroplex arrive quite damaged. This didn't appear to be anything that was TFSource's fault with how it was packaged for shipping, as the toy's box was fine. Still, a big disappointment. TFSource took that disappointment and turned it into a huge win! I had to return my Metroplex to them, but they reimbursed the return shipping costs, assessed the damage, found a solution, and shipped me out a satisfactory complete unit. And during the process, communication was fairly constant and open about what was happening. Thank you, TFSource! Great to know that I can order, secure in the knowledge that if anything arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you'll see it made right!
