This add-on kit from Xtransbots is for the retail version of FOC Bruticus. This is a 3rd party add-on not associated with Hasbro or Takara. Generations Bruticus figure sold separately.
Overall, the kit is nice enough to improve your FOC Bruticus figure in combined mode. However, the plastic quality isn't that great. The plastic doesn't bend very well, so be prepared to snap the smaller tabs, primarily the ones on the wheels. Best served as a show piece in one mode, and not really suited for more than one transformation.
The kit is a decent add on for the price. It does make Bruticus look like the actual FOC Bruticus from the video game. I am happy with how it looks. Through no fault of TFsource, the small tab on one of the wheels was broken in my kit. The damage was not evident until I opened the package. I have not been able to get any response from x-transbots.
"Perfect add on for the price! "
This upgade set is perfect for the retail version of bruticus! What I enjoy the most about this set is that it does not take away a figure to the set and still looks good. (Leaps and bounds better)
Sure the Microblaze set looks fantastic, but it removes an original figure from the set with a custom figure for twice the cost, so yeah it's going to look good.
However, for the cost and keeping your combiners original, THIS is a great kit.
A mint box generally has no noticeable flaws. This doesn't mean it is a C10 box, but that it doesn't have any significant damage to the box. It still may have wear to the window, and a small amount of wear to the box that is noticeable upon close inspection.
A C9 box is still considered very displayable and may have a kink, ding, minor fray to an edge, etc. The box is still case fresh and unopened with factory sealed tape on both sides.
By selecting this option, TFsource allows you to continue to add either instock or preorder items to your stack, as well as change how your orders ship out, which can save you on shipping!
