WST Black Convoy with Trailer is part of Takara Tomy's Worlds Smallest Transformers.  WST Black Convoy with Trailer despite its amazingly small size is a fully transformable Transformer.

 

WST Worlds Smallest Transformers was a blind packed series of Transformers by Takara Tomy wherein each blind box was a fully transformable Transformer that was approximately 2" tall when in robot mode.  Many of the figures included individual weapons and Soundwave even featured a fully transformable Ravage tape that could fit in Soundwave's Tape Deck.  This series of Transformers ran for two full series, and then a limited edition store exclusive series of 2.5 was released.  Each wave featured regular and short packed figures randomly inserted in each blind box.
