Transform Complexity: 4.0
Mold Precision: 4.0
Overall Rank as a collection: 4.5
By no contest nice looking.
The transfrom is much simpler than the regular Maketoys products.
More rough edges than regular Maketoys products.
I need to cut them off with small scisors myself.
a very cool figure.

This was my 1st 3rd party transformer and I'm not disappointed. Lots of display options and a fantastic look in combined mode. Great figure for the price.

Purchased the mint upgraded version for the extra $4 when it first opened for pre order.
I was not planning on opening this set if the figure was in a clear package to display in (like the hasbro titanium fallen version).
Thank god I decided to open the box! The set is missing both rocket pods that make up the shoulders to attach the lower arms AND one of the swords is broken, snapped at the hilt.
Not any fault of TFS, they packaged everything very well and the box was mint. This was MT rushing an already delayed set and not paying any attention to quality control.
Figure does look nice and displays well, a great addition to a diehard fallen fan and that's about it.
Plastic seems brittle in on some parts so be careful!
Thanks to TFS and their great customer service helping to fix the problem.
Only two stars since mine is missing parts and the sword is broken. Could have been a three star.
Make Toys does it again, and with style!

I have been a fan of Make Toys since I bought the Battle Tanker upgrade kit. Next purchase I made was Hyper Novae. Now the Chaos/Paladin is on my shelf! A great tribute and likeness to Megatronus Prime. I would suggest (if I can) you also purchase two of the Dr. Wu Purple Skybreaker Swords (http://tfsource.com/dr-wu/dw-p08purple/) with him. If I could post pictures, you would see how bad ass he looks with the blades crossed. Definitely get this one!
Impressive, Versatile and Awesome

I'm not a fan of Power Core Combiners (PCC), but this figure really changed my mind about the whole idea. The MakeToys ingenuity of improving on the PCC concept, having the appendages for the combined mode make a separate vehicle is brilliant and it was done right. Both vehicles and robot modes look menacing and really pay homage to “the Fallen” from the comics.
For being and import, and what you get the Price is a steal. Chaos Paladin is well engineered and is great display piece contrasted with Hyper Novae. Chaos Paladin with Armor actually taller than hyper Novae which makes it more interesting. I’m very happy I purchased this figure. =)

Okay first off this guy is crazy versatile, it's got so many "comboners and combina-vaginas" (Trademark Thew Adams) that you can make at least half a dozen combinations. I have tried energon weapons on him too, and they work awesome, as does my Dr. Wu swords. This guy has Nemesis Tank, or Nemesis Chaos Paladin written all over him. I will pay double for him if you guys make him bigger (thats what she said) This guy will go on the shelf with Hexatron....I wonder if I bought another one if I could double up the the weapons....mind is blown, but this figure is awesome! Worth the wait, thanks for giving the transformers fans something sweet to wash out the bitter taste of the power core combiners made!
