Flawless - A True Masterpiece

This may be my favourite piece yet.
He is very light, yet durable and very well designed. All extremities are well hidden and folded away to make him look iconically like the G1 mastermind scientist.
He even comes with the option of the original traditional G1 Decepticon insignias for his arms.
For any G1 fan and any Masterpiece collector - this guy should jump to the top of your wishlist!

I have zero qualms with this figure! It has been a long time coming but finally they have released an official product to add to my collection! I've always been a fan of the original Shockwave character and now I have the pleasure of owning one!
The collectors coin is slightly heavy, but it's encased inside a paper designed Shockwave chest plate. You untab it and reveal the coin, which is permanently sealed inside it, unable to remove. It's okay though because I won't be messing around with it. It's packaged separately from the figure itself. I got this product about $50-$60 off on a black friday deal. I had to pick him up!
The transformation is relatively simple unlike the MP Megatron they did a while back. He's comfortable to hold in the hand and fairly light but still has some weight to him. I really like how they made the transformation easy but intricate. Everything has a place and there isn't much kibble at all! Even his little stand folds on his back so there isn't any extra parts laying around.
I know a lot of people were upset about the screw holes and the gaps. They don't really bother me that much. I feel like this is the best representation we're going to get officially. I'm not really upset for the sheer amount of craftsmanship and design. They really nailed this character and it raises my hope towards more official figures like this one in the future.

very cool! make sure to pick up some batteries ;-)
I only have 2 things i wish they had done better: a) in gunmode, there are alot of screw holes exposed. b) in gun mode, the butt end of the gun has a huge gap. But in robot mode it practically perfect.
