fair, but...
By fan on January 03, 2015
Of the four, only Powerglide's instructions specifically included steps for a combined mode, and that was just to transform into a gun for a larger 'bot to hold. Thundercracker and Windcharger do have holes on the top of their vehicle modes which (might) serve as connection points, but the positioning seems odd. Overall, marketing them as part of a "combiner wars" line seems a bit misleading, unless they're to serve as a way of making the combined forms look more impressive in scale. On the upside, they are all good, modern renditions of original G1 characters.

Summary: if you're looking for nostalgia, they're worth picking up. But if you're looking for 'bots who combine, you may want to save your money for the Deluxe and Voyager class entries in the lineup.
