COUNTDOWN: 50 Transformers toys that pair beautifully (even though they shouldn’t!)

I recently asked a question.

Question: what are two Transformers toys that are absolutely not designed or intended to go together (from different lines etc.) that actually go together surprisingly well?

Needless to say, I was blown away by not just the volume of replies, but the sheer creativity involved, with so many examples I just would never have considered! So today, I’ve done my best to capture 50 examples and presented them here for your consideration, prioritising those that featured photos. Apologies if your submission was not included, but thank you so much to everyone who replied!

Oh, and before we kick off, here’s my own humble submission: I picked up Human Alliance Bumblebee this past weekend specifically because he fits the same 1:24 licensed vehicle mode scale as Binaltech which, rather amazingly, also works well with vintage M.A.S.K. toys! Perfection.

These two LOOK like brothers it’s crazy, the shoulder wheels, car doors on the arms, hood chest, headlight on the feet, HEAD SHAPE AND THE LITTLE NOSE THING – @Dawn_Yapping

Jumping over to transformers’ sister series, Shokugan Modeling Project DRAIAS is just that little bit taller in a way that makes him feel like a proper leader for all my modern decepticons- especially when other figures can confidently stand atop his separated modes – @TempestormWorks

I enjoy how the ThreeZero MDLX figures look with some of the BBM SS figures. MDLX Megatron in particular looks like he could be a BBM Megs IMO – @Casey_280
