Unique Toys continues to drive fans’ hun-grr for completing the Ordin line!
UniqueToys’ Sigfried really does a good job at giving Hun-Grr a nice, classics-scaled updated in terms of both aesthetic and playability. The colors chosen between the off white and darker purple are absolutely perfect, and the swords are a fantastic weapon choice. This one also comes with the giant gun for its combined mode which splits into multiple guns for individual use between the Ordin crew.
On top of looking good, it has a good, strong plastic feel and also has about as much poseability as you can ask for. The shoulders do ratchet for back/forth swing, but the ratchet has small spaces to make it not feel so limited in terms of positioning.
The alt. mode is solid but aesthetically awkward. It’s a bit long for my tastes and “all over the place” in terms of how fluid the general design is. It gets the job done, and is insanely poseable but I feel that if it were a bit shorter from heads to tail-tip and was a bit different aesthetically, it could really be something great.
This is above and beyond the best out of the Ordin figures as a stand-alone and the only one I’d personally buy AS a standalone. Regardless of whether or not you like the aesthetic, as a toy there’s actually not really anything I can find wrong with it. It’s a solid one.
