"I don't care what anyone says..I like it"

I never had an FE Bulkhead for comparison, but have read and heard numerous people complain about this figure. The only problem is the weapon. the figure itself is a very nice rendering of Bulkhead. It's not perfect and neither was FE. I think the head sculpt is better on RID than the pics I've seen of FE, the transformation is smooth, no head scratching, and IMO he's in scale (in robot mode) to the deluxes and voyagers. Get it even if you have an FE!

Mint Box Description

A mint box generally has no noticeable flaws. This doesn't mean it is a C10 box, but that it doesn't have any significant damage to the box. It still may have wear to the window, and a small amount of wear to the box that is noticeable upon close inspection.

C9 Box Description

A C9 box is still considered very displayable and may have a kink, ding, minor fray to an edge, etc. The box is still case fresh and unopened with factory sealed tape on both sides.
