"Better than City Commander."

I am really impressed with this set. I enjoyed the City Commander one but the excessive material needed to for the rest of the trailer was poorly used, and the robot mode was perhaps not quite as solid.
No such problems with this one, the parts are all very secure on Rodimus.

As is to be expected from Fansproject, they use high quality material (arguably better than the Hasbro Rodimus I'm using), and with the exception of the gun barrel extender, which has a a pretty small and long piece of plastic being held very snugly when stowed away, all the pieces feel very solid.

Definitely worth buying.

Well worth the Price and improves the original toy a great deal.

If you have never exprience Fansproject this is a fantastic way to start.

"Oustanding upgrade!!"

Recently picked up the protector and of course sidearm and they in perfect condition when i got them out of the box. Never owned the City Commander set but i will say this set fits like a glove on my hot rod even though its the battle in space hot rod. The gold wing extensions go perfectly when attached onto the spoiler and the base mode is the mode i keep mine in when i have him displayed in robot mode. None of the joints are loose and everything fits nicely so keep up the great work Fansproject can't wait for the next upgrade.

This is an upgrade way better than I imagined. definetely worth buying, just wish I could afford another one to display in vehichle mode

"Must Have!!!"

If you’re a Transformers collector, I highly recommend that you buy this product. It’s durable; the joint are tight and looks awesome with Hot Rod. It’s worth every penny and the shipping was fast. I’m extremely pleased with this item.

"Rodimus Prime"

I just got this in the mail today and I'm super stoked. The quality is top notch! Originally I was on the fence about spending this much to accessorize Hot Rod but now I know it was worth it. It matches up with classics Hot Rod wonderfully. I'm glad Fansproject is it's own company and can do things like this. Now I just need to get my hands on the Ultra Magnus set.

Mint Box Description

A mint box generally has no noticeable flaws. This doesn't mean it is a C10 box, but that it doesn't have any significant damage to the box. It still may have wear to the window, and a small amount of wear to the box that is noticeable upon close inspection.

C9 Box Description

A C9 box is still considered very displayable and may have a kink, ding, minor fray to an edge, etc. The box is still case fresh and unopened with factory sealed tape on both sides.
